Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

In the event of any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the use of our website, or any product or service provided by Fiseotsgirts, we encourage the parties to attempt to resolve the matter through mediation.

Mediation is a voluntary process where a neutral third party facilitates communication between the parties to help them reach a mutually acceptable resolution. Mediation should be pursued as a first step before any formal legal action.

Mediation Procedure

If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in New York, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The parties waive their right to participate in a jury trial or any class action in relation to the dispute.

Court Jurisdiction

In the event that mediation and arbitration do not resolve the issue, and litigation becomes necessary, the parties agree that any legal action will be initiated in a court of competent jurisdiction located in New York, USA. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
